We have been sealcoating driveways and parking lots since 1984 and have developed a method of application and use a sealer that we believe is second to none.
There are unfortunately a lot of unethical companies in this business and we have tried to change the image. You are correct in thinking it is possible to find bargains for getting your driveway sealed, but remember this important thought- "The bitterness of poor quality
lasts long after the sweetness
of low price is forgotten."
Every job is a self portrait of the person or company who did it.
We autograph our work with excellence.
Our advanced multi-phased process includes:
This crucial first step gives your driveway a
finished appearance we call "the manicured look" and, more importantly, enables us to
seal and protect the entire edge of your driveway, the area where cracks begin.Pavement Cleaning
We will thoroughly wash away all sand, grit and debris
enabling the sealer to adhere permanently to your driveway. Oil Block can be placed on any oil
stains allowing adhesion to these trouble spots.Hot Patching for Cracks
Application of Sealer
Once cracks get started they
can only grow. Water freezes
and thaws in them, causing
the cracks to expand. Our state
-of-the-art Taylor Melter lays
down a band of latex "Durafill"
at 300 degrees Fahrenheit!
This water tight seal fills the
crack and keeps it from spreading.
Highway maintenance departments
rely on this system for roads which
take significantly more abuse than
Our final phase begins with the
application of a thick coating of "Copeland
Action Pave", a rubberized
sealer. Only latex expands and contracts with temperature changes
to protect your driveway from the harmful effects of water, gas and oil.
You will notice that our crews use factory direct, 5 gallon containers
of sealer so you know exactly what is being spread on your driveway.
It is 100% pure, premium sealer. Some contractors use large tanks
to transport their "mystery sealer" and, unfortunately, you don't know
if their material is diluted with water and oil to cut down on their material
At this point your driveway
has now been "D&S’ed":
Renewed, Preserved, And Beautified.
Here's what a few of our
clients have said
about the D&S difference:
"We've used others before.
Nobody does it better. Thank you for the 1st rate job."
